A : Yes! You can cancel anytime. We will refund 100% of your Prepaid amount provided that you still do not
use our services. If you already used our services, we will deduct the amount based on the services given and

Q : What if I only give you RM14 worth of laundry or less per transaction?
A : No problem for us. We will still give you a pick-up and delivery service but we will charge the
transportation cost from RM5 to RM15 based on your area. Free pick-up and delivery service will only apply

A : We are really sorry! It is not practical for us to use RM/KG. That is the reason
why we calculate our price RM/PC much lower than the average RM/KG in
the market. Please try it first. Once you get used to it, you will never want
RM/KG anymore!

Q : I stay with my friends in a house. Can we share one Prepaid for our
laundry?
A : It is up to you but we have to remind you that we wash your laundry based on
the transaction. One transaction, one wash! That means you and your friends'
laundry will be washed together. Some people do not like their laundry to be
mixed with others. So, the choice is yours!
